Abstract
The situation of human rights and humanitarian rights law in Colombia continues to deteriorate. Since May 1997, date on wich the Human Rights Committe analyzed the fourth periodic report presented by the Government of Colombia, violations of humans rights and breaches of humanitarian law have dramatically increased.
