dc.descriptionEl objetivo de este estudio se centra en evaluar la inversión en investigación científica y tecnológica realizada a través de los programas del Sistema Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (SNCyT). En particular, se analiza el papel de las políticas publicadas de CyT, partiendo de la base que éstas políticas en la década de los noventa en Colombia se organizaron por la definición de "programas de investigación", lo que hace posible adoptar una perspectiva de análisis de sus efectos. La noción del "programa de investigación" vuelve homogéneos los espacios de la ciencia y la tecnología permitiendo así superar las diferencias de evaluación de una y otra. Se concentra en tres ámbitos: producción, políticas públicas y cultura.es_CO
