    Confiability and sensibility of pedsql 4.0™ instrument (pediatric quality of life inventory) in Colombia

    Introduction. The aim of this study was to adapt and to assess the reliability of the PedsQL 4.0™ instrument, for measuring pediatric health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in Colombian children. Method. Validation study of measurement instruments. the PedsQL 4.0™ was applied to 375 pairs comprises of children and adolescents between 5 and 17 years old and their parents-caregivers, as well as 125 parents-caregivers of children between 2 and 4 years old in five cities of Colombia (Bogota, Medellin, Cali, Barranquilla and Bucaramanga). Internal consistency, reproducibility and sensitivity to change of the scale were evaluated
