This first volume is the Mission’s central document. It starts by envisioning Colombia as it will look for the next generation, and proposes that the State and society commit themselves to five flagship Missions: creating equity using knowledge; universalizing education from 0 to 5 years; conserving water; developing the bio-economy; and opting for a creative and productive economy. These are the first steps for education and knowledge to progressively replace nonrenewable natural resources as the basis for national development. One Manifesto: Towards a knowledge-basedsociety for the next generation Two The Mission’s scope: Agreement for a Colombia at the forefront of knowledge Three Context and emphasis Four Reflections and general proposals Five Reflections on each area of the Mission’s pillars and proposals for reform Six Flagship Missions Seven Conclusions Eight Appendix: Main proposals of the International Mission of Experts432p.application/pdfengAl consultar y hacer uso de este recurso, está aceptando las condiciones de uso establecidas por los autores.333.7861Colombia on the path to a knowledge-based society: reflections and proposalsLibroDesarrollo Científico y TecnológicoInnovaciones educativasEconomía ambientalRevolución verdeinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAtribución-NoComercial 4.0 Internacional (CC BY-NC 4.0)BioeconomíaEconompia productiva978-958-5135-23-9
